    HUD's Office of Native American Programs is pleased to host “Asset Building:  A Pathway to Economic Self-Determination III at the beautiful Isleta Resort in Albuquerque, NM.

    NPONAP | Basic Financial Management

    This course covers the administrative requirements that pertain to the use of Indian Housing Block Grant (IHBG) funds distributed to tribes and tribal housing programs in accordance with the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act (NAHASDA). During this course, students will discuss; common accounting terminologies and purpose, overview of regularly used accruals and their treatment, recording capital assets, assets purchased with NAHASDA funds or donated assets.
