Keynote Speaker for NAIHC's 39th Annual Convention Announced
NAIHC is pleased to announce the keynote speaker for the 39th Annual Convention & Trade Show will be noted activist and speaker Reverend Jesse Jackson, Sr.
Rev. Jackson is the founder of the organizations that now compose the Rainbow PUSH Coalition. We look forward to Reverend Jackson bringing his message of unity and involvement to our participants.

NAHASDA Reauthorization
The Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act of 1996 (NAHASDA) is scheduled for reauthorization in 2013. NAIHC conducted a comprehensive outreach effort to solicit input from its membership to be included in reauthorization of the NAHASDA statute.

President Obama signed into law the Helping Expedite and Advance Responsible Tribal Homeownership Act on July 30, 2012. NAIHC is currently working with tribes and federal agencies on implementation.
