DESCRIPTION:2nd Annual NAIHC Golf Fundraiser!\nRegister \nWe are rescheduling the Hawaii golf event – it was rained out in Hawaii and we are expecting perfect Vegas weather in December! Registration on the day of the tournament will be available. Must pay cash or credit card. \nLocation: Las Vegas National Golf Course \nDate: Sunday\, December 4th \nTime: 12:30 pm to 4:30pm NAIHC Swing into Action Golf Fundraiser (12:30 shotgun start) \nPrice: Single: $105 or Foursome: $420 \nAdditional Information\nPlease arrive to the course by 12:00 pm.\nTransportation to golf course is on your own.\nClubs can be rented on site for $30.00.\nOnsite club rental payment can be cash\, credit card\, but no checks. \nPayments are to be made to:\nNational American Indian Housing Council\nAttention: Swing into Action Golf Tournament\n122 C Street NW\, Suite 350\nWashington\, DC 20001 \n*PLEASE NOTE: Proper attire must be worn by all participants. Any participant that does not comply will not be allowed to participate in the event. \n*No outside food or beverage is allowed on the property. All food and beverage must be served by LVNGC personel. \n*In the event of inclement weather and the course becomes unplayable\, a pro-rated amount will be refunded. Inclement weather conditions and course conditions will be determined on the day of play by the Head Golf Professional or General Manager. \nItems included:\nGreen Fees\, cart rental\, range balls\, baggage\nBoxed Lunches (Turkey & Ham on whole wheat\, bag of chips\, piece of fruit\, Cookie and bottle of water \nFor a full refund you must cancel by November 24\, 2016 by 11:59pm.
