Description: This free, in-person HUD-sponsored training empowers Tribal leaders, TDHE staff, housing professionals, and community members to successfully transfer paid-off homes under the IHBG program. Participants will learn HUD’s conveyance requirements, step-by-step processes, legal documentation, homeowner responsibilities, and best practices — ultimately supporting compliant, efficient, and equitable homeownership in Tribal communities.

This training is offered free of charge to Tribal Housing professionals nationwide through a cooperative agreement between the National American Indian Housing Council (NAIHC) and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Office of Native American Programs.
