Denise Neal is an enrolled member of the Suquamish Tribe of the Port Madison Indian reservation. She is passionate about supporting Indigenous Peoples and tribal communities with tribal sovereignty, self-determination, economic stability and cultural survival efforts.
Denise serves as the Policy and Program Assistant at National American Indian Housing Council which includes innovative and collaborative problem solving while supporting the organizations initiatives and program needs with project administrative support, membership support, training and technical assistance support, accounting support, event coordination support and working directly with the Deputy Director and Executive Director.
Prior to working with NAIHC, Denise recently graduated from Northwest Indian College with a Bachelor of Arts in Tribal Governance and Business Management. She plans on continuing with higher education working towards her masters degree.
