The course will focus on providing tools needed to understand mixed income housing projects. It will primarily help attendees to determine if there is a need for the housing and if they are ready to take steps toward mixed income housing development. Attendees will acquire the basic understanding of the concept of mixed income housing and also have the tools to determine if there is a need for such a development.
