Swing into Action Golf Tournament

2nd Annual NAIHC Golf Fundraiser!
We are rescheduling the Hawaii golf event – it was rained out in Hawaii and we are expecting perfect Vegas weather in December! Registration on the day of the tournament will be available. Must pay cash or credit card.
Location: Las Vegas National Golf Course
Date: Sunday, December 4th
Time: 12:30 pm to 4:30pm NAIHC Swing into Action Golf Fundraiser (12:30 shotgun start)
Price: Single: $105 or Foursome: $420
Additional Information
Please arrive to the course by 12:00 pm.
Transportation to golf course is on your own.
Clubs can be rented on site for $30.00.
Onsite club rental payment can be cash, credit card, but no checks.

*PLEASE NOTE: Proper attire must be worn by all participants. Any participant that does not comply will not be allowed to participate in the event.
*No outside food or beverage is allowed on the property. All food and beverage must be served by LVNGC personel.
*In the event of inclement weather and the course becomes unplayable, a pro-rated amount will be refunded. Inclement weather conditions and course conditions will be determined on the day of play by the Head Golf Professional or General Manager.

Green Fees, cart rental, range balls, baggage
Boxed Lunches (Turkey & Ham on whole wheat, bag of chips, piece of fruit, Cookie and bottle of water
For a full refund you must cancel by November 24, 2016 by 11:59pm. After Nov 24th there will be NO refund.
