The Conveyance Process training is to assist Housing Authorities in completing the proper steps to convey units as they are paid off. This course will help housing staff and other interested individuals to understand their roles and responsibilities in transferring the units as well as helping the homeowners understand their new responsibilities.

This course if offered free of charge to tribal housing professionals through a funding agreement between the NAIHC and the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development’s Office of Native American Programs.
