2026 Annual Members Meeting
Notice of NAIHC’s 2026 Members Meeting
This is the Notice that the NAIHC 2026 Annual Member Meeting will take place as follows:
Tuesday, May 5, 2026
10:00 a.m. – 12:30 PM AT
Tikahtnu Ballroom, 3rd Floor
Dena’ina Civic and Convention Center
Anchorage, Alaska
Members will vote to elect the Chairperson of the Board of Directors, consider resolutions, and vote on any other action item that may come before the body during the Members Meeting. If you wish to vote, you must be member in good standing and have paid your dues prior to the first day of the Meeting and be in attendance or submit a proxy to another member in good standing that is attending in-person.
Important Dates
- Friday, April 10, 2026, at 5:00 pm ET
- Deadline to submit a proposed resolution (see attachments A, B on pages 7, 8)
- Deadline to submit proposed changes to the NAIHC Bylaws
- Requested day to submit a Notice of Intent to run for NAIHC Chairperson (see pages 3, 4, and 5)
- Friday, April 17, 2026, at 5:00 pm ET:
- Deadline to submit a 2026 Members Meeting Voting Proxy Form (see page 9)
- Monday, May 4, 2026
- Regional Caucus Meetings at the Dena’ina Civic and Convention Center
- Tuesday, May 5, 2025: 2026 NAIHC Members Meeting
