2026 Members Meeting Resolutions

Dear NAIHC Members,

This message provides an important update regarding the resolutions submitted for consideration at the 2026 NAIHC Annual Members Meeting. NAIHC received three (3) proposed resolutions.

As part of the standard review process, the NAIHC Governance Committee conducted a thorough review of each submission and developed proposed edits intended to provide clarity, strengthen alignment with NAIHC governance standards, and ensure consistency with existing policy frameworks.

The Governance Committee shared these proposed revisions with the resolution sponsor for consideration.

Attached in accordance with NAIHC procedures, all versions of the resolutions will be brought forward to the membership for consideration. This includes:

• The three (3) original resolutions as submitted
• The three (3) redlined versions reflecting the Governance Committee’s proposed edits

All six (6) documents are being provided to ensure full transparency and to support informed discussion and decision-making by the membership.

What to Expect at the Members Meeting
Each resolution will be presented on the floor during the 2026 Annual Members Meeting. Members in good standing will have the opportunity to review, discuss, and vote on the resolutions in accordance with established procedures.

Notice of NAIHC’s 2026 Members Meeting

This is the Notice that the NAIHC 2026 Annual Member Meeting will take place as follows:

Tuesday, May 5, 2026
10:00 a.m. – 12:30 PM AT
Tikahtnu Ballroom, 3^rd Floor
Dena’ina Civic and Convention Center
Anchorage, Alaska

Members will vote to elect the Chairperson of the Board of Directors, consider resolutions, and vote on any other action item that may come before the body during the Members Meeting. If you wish to vote, you must be member in good standing and have paid your dues prior to the first day of the Meeting and be in attendance or submit a proxy to another member in good standing that is attending in-person.

Important Dates

• Friday, April 10, 2026, at 5:00 pm ET
  • Deadline to submit a proposed resolution (see attachments A, B on pages 7, 8)
  • Deadline to submit proposed changes to the NAIHC Bylaws
  • Requested day to submit a Notice of Intent to run for NAIHC Chairperson (see pages 3, 4, and 5)
• Friday, April 17, 2026, at 5:00 pm ET:
  • Deadline to submit a 2026 Members Meeting Voting Proxy Form (see page 9)
• Monday, May 4, 2026
  • Regional Caucus Meetings at the Dena’ina Civic and Convention Center
• Tuesday, May 5, 2026: 2026 NAIHC Members Meeting
