Description: This free, in person HUD-sponsored training empowers Tribal Leaders, TDHE staff, housing professionals, and community members to successfully transfer paid-off homes under the IHBG program. Participants will learn HUD’s conveyance requirements, step-by-step processes, legal documentation, homeowner responsibilities, and best practices—ultimately supporting compliant, efficient, and equitable homeownership in tribal communities
