The Peer Recovery Coach / Crisis Stabilizer is a non-exempt position that provides direct services to tribal adults and/or youth who need housing resources often due to unmet social, health, and behavioral health needs and may have criminogenic needs. The position works closely with the care coordinator and is critical in providing direct services such as peer recovery coach, crisis stabilization and response, mentor, job coach, parent assistant, transporter, and other direct services that the team determines there is an unmet need.

Lived experience in homelessness/transient and/or behavioral health is strongly preferred.

The Dry Creek Rancheria applies the policy of “Tribal and Indian Preference” when filling vacancies. Native Americans are strongly encouraged to apply.
