Description: This training provides Indian Housing Authorities with guidance on the use of Force Accounts in Construction management. Participants will learn about the Housing Authorities’ roles and responsibilities, how to export and plan for construction projects, and the planning, development management of any force account for construction development. During the training session, Jeff Ackley will go over how to best implement force account into their communities.
