The Little Shell Tribe of Chippewa Indians of Montana Housing Department (“LSTHD”) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to create a master site plan and to design housing units on an 18-acre property, including, but not limited to site design/civil engineering, architecture, structural engineering, and landscape design at the site. Interested contractors are invited to submit a letter of interest, statement of qualification, rates for services and proposal.
