The Cheyenne and Arapaho Housing Authority (CAHA) is accepting proposals for an Auditor to perform a financial and compliance audit for Fiscal Year (FY) ending September 30, 2022.
Contract for audit services shall be in accordance with the Native American Housing Assistance Self-Determination Act (NAHASDA) of 1996. The auditor must be a registered CPA in the state of Oklahoma, responsible, qualified, and must be able to perform the audit in accordance with the single and audit guidelines. Auditors claiming Indian Preference must attach proof of Indian Ownership with proposal. Proposals will be accepted until the close of business on June 1, 2023. Facsimiles will not be accepted.
