This course covers the basic process in writing effective and clear policies and procedures. The purpose of each will be addressed, and samples will be provided to highlight the differences. An overview of the compliance requirement of the IHBG program related to written policies and procedures will be included. Examples of several situations giving rise to written policies and procedures will be presented, and a step-by-step process to develop each of them will be provided.
