This training course provides guidance for recipients and sub-recipients of Indian Housing Block Grants (IHBG) on the requirements of the Davis-Bacon Act, as wells as related statutory requirements such as the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the option of adopting Tribally Determined Wage Rates as allowed under NAHASDA.
