Voting Membership:
NAIHC’s Voting Membership fee is based on the Indian Housing Block Grant Allocation amount per tribe or tribally designated housing entity for the fiscal year immediately preceding the billing.

$3,000,000 to 9,999,999 $3,500
$2,000,000 to 2,999,999 $1,750
$1,000,000 to $1,999,999 $1,000
$400,000 to $999,999 $475
Below $400,000 $100
Associate Membership: $500
Entities/organizations, including federally recognized tribes not eligible for voting membership may become non-voting Associate Members.
Individual Membership: $150
Natural persons may become a member of the Individual Membership. Anyone using a membership with the corporation for economic or professional gain for themselves or on behalf of an organization, company, partnership, or other concern is ineligible for membership into the Individual Class. Any member of the Individual Class shall have no voting rights.
