Description: This two-day course explores the history of Indian housing, NAHASDA statutory and regulatory requirements, development of the Indian Housing Plan (IHP), preparation of the Annual Performance Report (APR), fiscal management, procurement standards, internal controls, and the critical roles and responsibilities of Executive Directors. Participants gain practical tools to ensure compliance, strengthen oversight, and enhance housing services for Native communities. Free training designed for both new and experienced directors.
