Description: This training provides an overview of HUD’s guidance for developing the Indian Housing Plan (IHP) and Annual Performance Report (APR) required under the Indian Housing Block Grant (IHBG) program. Participants learn how to complete each section of the IHP/APR forms, understand key NAHASDA and 24 CFR Part 1000 regulatory citations, and navigate line‑by‑line instructions, examples, and illustrations. The session also explains terminology used in the forms and directs recipients to their Area ONAP for additional support.
